Changepond Launches Internal 'Dependability' Program |

Changepond’s CEO Mr. S Ramachandran today launched the internal ‘Dependability’ Program. The program involves introduction of dependability related actions in all processes involved in delivery to the Customer.
Software tools have been developed to ensure that these processes are executed consistently to achieve dependability. In order and to handle dynamic business objectives, flexibility is built into the processes.
It is expected that this program will enhance the quality and reliability of all the solutions delivered by Changepond. A culture of dependability is continuously fostered, through continuous management involvement in reviews so that even unstructured engagements can be reliably delivered.
According to Mr Ramachandran, “Our core philosophy in Changepond, is in getting our Customers to ‘trust’ us as an outsourcing and offshore IT organization, so their business objectives can be achieved.
To the Customer it means getting Dependability in terms of quality, cost, timeliness, transparency and most importantly in achieving the business objectives of the service being provided. For us, internally, it means Dependability into all our processes, whether it is Customer facing or not.
The program consists of 4 key components
i. Building in Dependability into all delivery related processes
ii. An internal culture that is fostered
iii. Tools for the Customers, for management, team management and team members
iv. Management involvement
According to Rajesh A, President Changepond Technologies, “The Changepond Dependability program is the manifestation of our core philosophy of ‘trust’ translated into actionable and tangible benefits for the Customer. It is the action on the ground to make our motto - ‘Dependable deliveries and measurable benefits’, a reality”
The implementation of this program has been going on for some time and with this launch, has now been formalized. |
